  I come here every 2 weeks of the months and they are always nice there food is fresh and good taste

  The elder Thai lady server was kind of impatient, and she even slapped me on the arm when I decided to change my order. I was shocked... wtf?
  
  Also, she kept saying "hai" when I was asking her questions. LOL bruhhh who you trying to fool?
  
  As for the food...If you're already sitting in the parking lot in front of the restaurant...    I'd say the food options at Love Sushi are better than the ones at Anytime Fitness, Great Clips, and Elite Dentistry...     but not as good as the ones at Mod Pizza or Waba Grill.

  Nasty lady who takes orders Please stay away from this place ..The plates we were given has left over soy sauce in them (not a little dried stuff, no... I'm talking a light brown still-sloshy liquid). My husbands beer came in a cracked beer flute that had garbage and ash caked on the bottom of the glass. The sushi was extremely bad quality, the avocado was brown, the meat was rotten, and the soup i ordered had a nasty film on it. The bowl of soup was also cracked. We normally don't complain and are certainly not snobbish, so we were prepared to chalk up this experience as a fluke... Well....
  
  While waiting for check we started looking at the walls. We counted, literally, over a dozen roaches crawling on the walls and all over the wooden sushi boats. I have video and photos, as does my husband. We reported this to the server, and explained our disgust and immediate nausea. We explained how this was a health code violation, we could get very sick, and we obviously would not be taking any leftovers home. The server stated they were told they had to be closed but decided to open their doors anyhow. We were absolutely floored. The server disappeared for a while and eventually was sent back alone to tell us the best he could do was a 10% discount. We told him to go get the manager. Eventually the manager came to us (15 minutes have passed since we noticed the roaches). The manager was rude, condescending, flippant, and insisted that since we already ate the food, there was nothing he could do. Then we pointed to the roaches on the wall, which he then saw and the sushi staff saw. We explained that we ate the food before noticing their infestation and that this experience and the risks associated with it were extremely bad. They shrugged it off, but after we let them know that we are aware of the health hazards of roaches and that we have video, the manager reluctantly took our bill from us and refunded our entire meal. 
  
  Teaks used to be a great place to go. It used to be busy and loud, and hell - you used to sometimes need to call ahead to make reservations. It has been, by far, the absolute worst dining experience I have every had. Ever. Please do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  I've been a loyal customer for 10 plus years now, great service and amazing food but recently I've noticed every time I try and call an order for pick up 30mins before closing they never answer the phone I drive far to get sushi here and also the past three times they've been locking the door 15 plus minutes early for what seems like this place is losing business and doesn't have enough money to keep there doors open till the time it says on there website. Does anyone else notice this??? Well love sushi you lost a loyal customer after tonight I'll be finding a new sushi spot where they can actually keep there doors open.

  I went there on sat 7/13/19 for a birthday dinner at 3 am I ended up at Los Robles ER due to food poising
  I do not recommend this place at all
